Bau Crocodile – home to more than 600 freshwater crocodiles, also known as Siamese crocodiles, residing in a completely wild environment
This wetland that has been recognized as a world ramsar is not only a unique home for crocodiles but also a great habitat for aquatic animals and plants, and a place for large animals such as bulls, deer, wild boar… gatherings in the dry season.
Located in the forest core, it is necessary to move 14km to Bau, of which 9km can be traveled by car, bicycle, and the last 5km is required to walk, in the journey to Bau Su, visitors who have experienced trekking through forest trails, watching tropical rainforest habitats. Bau Sui is a different habitat: a wetland, an ideal environment for not only freshwater crocodiles, which are endemic to Bau Sand Tien, but also many species of waterfowl, amphibians, birds and even samba deer at some time of the year.
