On 30/11/2022, the program of the Congress of Trade Union of Cat Tien National Park took place solemnly. Cat Tien National Park grassroots trade union is one of the five organizers of the district's point congress. The University was attended by representatives of the District People's Committee, representatives of the Labor Federation (Labor Union) of Tan Phu district, the Party Committee of Cat Tien National Park, the Board of Directors of Cat Tien National Park, the Grassroots Trade Union Committee of Cat Tien National Park and 120 delegates who are members of Cat Tien National Park. 
At the beginning of the 2018-2011 term, Cat Tien National Park campus is affiliated to the Dong Nai Provincial Council of Agriculture and Rural Development. By the end of 2017, according to the regulations of the dissolution of the sectoral union, from which Cat Tien National Park moved to the Labor Union of Tan Phu district. Currently, Cat Tien National Park consists of 27 groups with 195 members living in 3 provinces of Dong Nai, Lam Dong and Binh Phuoc. In the term 2018-2022, under the direct leadership of the Party Committee of Cat Tien National Park, the Standing Committee of the Labor Union of Tan Phu district, and the coordinated attention of the Garden Board of Directors and mass organizations in the unit, Cat Tien National Park has performed well the assigned tasks such as building and implementing emulation movements, participate in building the Party and government, successfully completing professional activities such as: forest protection management, promotion and development in scientific research and international cooperation, active wildlife rescue, ecotourism development, environmental education, concern for social security and support for the development of people's lives in buffer zones. 
In addition, grassroots fans have performed well their functions – the task of protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights of employees, taking care of and improving the material and spiritual life of employees, building solidarity, fighting to overcome the inadequacies and existence of the unit. The university is also the place where the X-level college board draws on the results of its activities, listens to the opinions and aspirations of the participants. The University has voted to elect the grassroots college committee for a new term 2023-2028 on the criteria of openness – transparency – democracy. After summing up the vote counting results, the University elected the Cat Tien National Park Grassroots Council for the term 2023-2028 consisting of 11 comrades and a delegation to the district 4 trade union congress.
